Sometimes my day as a mother ends with a wind-down in the studio with her. Other days my day as a mother starts with her. Although I don't get to yoga as much as I would like, my day always seems better when she is in it.
Luke, Stacey, and their gorgeous daughter, Penny, welcomed me into their home on a beautiful summer morning with open hearts and smiling faces. Just like in the yoga studio, their home is filled with calm and love, but also a lot of humour. This family does not take life, or themselves, too seriously. Luke is a very talented cartoonist, and you can see just how much they laugh at life through some of his work. He also helped me out with my logo!
